The accommodations at Selvista Guesthouses were top-notch. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh ingredients from the garden. We loved the jungle setting, which provided a quiet and beautiful atmosphere. the staff, especially Melissa, were extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed about the surrounding areas. One of the highlights was the tour of the grounds, where we could pick our own fruits and herbs for cooking. renting quads allowed us to explore remote parts of the island that would have been difficult to reach otherwise.
Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Located just at the top of the jungle, this unique guesthouse offers a truly immersive experience in nature. The spacious rooms come with wonderful terraces and breathtaking sunset views. The breakfasts, made from fresh farm ingredients, are delicious. They also provide assistance in arranging hikes up to the Maderas volcano with experienced guides. Guests can enjoy the peaceful jungle sounds and have privacy in their own private houses.
The property can be difficult to find, especially at night, due to inconspicuous signage.

We loved the jungle feel and waking up with the view of banana trees. Highlight of our stay was the hike of Vulcano Maderas. Our guide Junior pointed out all the different trees and animals and let us taste some of the fruits. We would recommend him and the tour to anyone who’s in for a hike! the room was really excellent. the hammock on the terrace made everything complete!
Felt safe, no complaints.
